Jeff is a third degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, under world-renowned instructors Jack McVicker, and Megaton Dias. He has over 23 years of experience in the martial arts. As a competitor Jeff has won hundreds of matches in both BJJ and submission grappling, while also earning a professional MMA record of 5-1. Some of his titles include 4 time Fight 2 Win Pro Superfight winner, Grappling Industries No-Gi Super Absolute Champion, Wanderlust Grappling Superfight Champion, Total Fight Challenge 200lbs Grappling Chmapion Five Grappling Expert No-Gi Heavyweight Champion, Five Grappling Black Belt Heavyweight Bronze medalist, US Grappling Black Belt Open Class Silver Medalist, Chicago Open Brown Belt Heavyweight Champion, 2 time C3 Brown Belt Absolute Division Champion, C3 No-Gi Expert Absolute Champion, 4 time NAGA Expert/Advanced Division Champion, Extreme Grappling Open Middleweight and Heavyweight Professional Division Champion. As a coach Jeff has been instructing for almost 15 years, in that time he has helped produce champions on all levels from the local MMA scene, to Pan American games medalists, No-Gi world champions and competitors in the UFC.
